Breakfast Map is a local business directory. You may use the Site to find breakfast restaurants, coffee shops, and related businesses in the Coachella Valley. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate business information
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site's servers
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Site without prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim an affiliation with any business

Breakfast Map displays business information compiled from public sources and direct submissions by business owners. Basic listings are free of charge. Featured listings are paid placements — see the Refund Policy section below for billing details.

We reserve the right to add, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion to maintain accuracy and quality of the directory.

Business owners who claim a listing are responsible for keeping their information accurate and up to date. By claiming a listing, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that business.

We strive to provide accurate and current information, but cannot guarantee that all listings are correct at all times. Business hours, prices, and availability change frequently. Always verify with the business directly before visiting.

Breakfast Map is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or expense resulting from inaccurate listing information.

All content on Breakfast Map — including text, images, graphics, logos, and site design — is the property of Breakfast Map or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written permission from Breakfast Map.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including individual business websites and map services. These links are provided for convenience only. Breakfast Map does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content of any third-party site.

Breakfast Map is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breakfast Map and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site or its content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Breakfast Map for any user who violates these Terms of Use, without notice and at our sole discretion.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
